The Portland Trail Blazers are currently second in the Northwest Division of the Western Conference. They bid to get their tenth win of the season with a home victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder, who are fourth in the same divison. The Trail Blazers are three wins behind division leaders Utah Jazzw with a 9-6 record and fourth overall in the Western Conference. A place in the play-offs is looking good and they go into this match fresh from a three point home win over the New York Knicks on Sunday. Damian Lillard was again in form, top scoring with 39 points. That's the third game in a row that he's scored over 35 points. The Trail Blazers have won six of their last eight matches with two of the last three ending in victory.

Oklahoma City Thunder are 6-9 for the season and 12th overall in the Western Conference. They'll need to rack up plenty of wins in the rest of the season if they want to make it into the play-offs. Home form has been a big problem for them with five defeats in six. On the road, five out of nine have been won this season. Form going into this match isn't promising though with three successive defeats, two by double figure margins. Another tough night lies ahead of them here and it's the Trail Blazers who can be backed to get the win.
