Portland currently sit 14th in the Western Conference standings and trail the 11th-placed Rockets by 18 games. The Blazers have lost their last three games. Considering their host's struggles, the Rockets are favourites to come out victorious here. Houston also have a long injury list for this game. Tari Eason, Alperen Sengun, Jae’Sean Tate and Steven Adams have all missed considerable game time and weren’t available against the Jazz.
