The Phoenix Suns look to boost their play-off hopes when hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Suns are third in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference behind the Lakers and Clippers. The Cavaliers are also third in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference. It's looking good for the Suns as far as a play-off place goes. Their 13-9 season record has them fourth in the overall Western Conference rankings. Six of their ten home games this season have been won. They have been going well this month with three wins out of four, the only defeat being inflicted on them by New Orleans. Both their February home games have ended in victory with wins over Detroit and Boston. Devon Booker is in good form, top scoring for them in two of their last three matches.

The Cavaliers are behind the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers in their division. They have a season record of 10-14, two wins behind the Pacers. Overall, they are tenth in the Eastern Conference so need to get some wins to maintain their hopes of making it into the play-off matches. They have been struggling on the road though with only three of their ten games being won. The fixture list hasn't been kind to them in recent days with a match against the Clippers followed by two against the Bucks. Not surprisingly, all three have been lost and by a total points margin of 65 points. Another defeat looms for them here, back the Suns to get the win.
