This excellent spell has seen them strengthen their credentials for an automatic playoff spot. Orlando, who have now won 39 of 67 games, are 2.5 games clear of the play-in places. Franz Wagner tallied 19 points against the Raptors in the first game to lead his team to the win. A total of six players scored in double figures in the win. The Magic, who have won both matchups with the Raptors this season, have averaged 108 points over their last three matches.

Raptors are spiraling and come to this game having lost six times in a row. This slump has seen them fall further from the playoff places. Though the Raptors have struggled this season, their current slump could be pegged on how they have been decimated by injuries.
