The OKC Thunder will be at home against the San Antonio Spurs in their next NBA league fixture. This will be the second night of a back-to-back for both teams. The Thunder are currently third in the West, a conference that the Spurs sit at rock bottom. OKC have won their last two games. They will be seeking to keep this momentum going and head into the playoffs on a positive run. Mike Daigneault’s men defeated the Kings 112-105 at home on the first night of a scheduled back-to-back. Their 54th win of the season kept them within one game of top spot in the West with three matches left to play. OKC’s schedule however is tough with the Bucks and Mavericks to come after the Spurs’ visit. The hosts have won two of the three matchups this season with San Antonio. A third win here will see them take this series 3-1. Gordon Hayward missed the game against the Kings and could be out here as well. The Thunder have averaged 115 points over their last three games.

The Spurs are also coming off a win on their first night of a back-to-back. They defeated the Grizzlies on the road 102-87 with Victor Wembanyama having another big game. The Rookie scored a game-high 18 points and added seven blocks as well as seven rebounds. It was the Spurs’ 20th win of the season. They will now seek to go beyond last year’s total tally of 22 with their remaining three games. Greg Popovich’s men defeated the Thunder 132-118 at home back in March which was the last time they faced off. The Spurs have been in a good stretch in recent weeks and arrive here having won five of their last eight games. Another win here will see them end this regular season series tied at 2-2. Victory will also move them closer to moving off of the bottom in the West standings. Devin Vassell, Jeremy Sochan and Keldon Johnson remained sidelined against the Grizzlies and are likely to be absent here as well. The Spurs have averaged 113 points over their last three games.
