The New York Knicks will be at home again for the second game of an NBA back-to-back with the Milwaukee Bucks. New York is sixth in the Eastern Conference and sits five and a half games behind second-placed Milwaukee. The Knicks have lost all three meetings with the Bucks this season. Two of those encounters came in the inaugural In-Season Tournament. The recent matchup, played on Saturday in New York, saw Tom Thibodeau’s men lose by 19 after tallying 111 points. New York had won two straight before the loss which is their 12th of the season. Jalen Brunson and Julius Randle again did the heavy lifting on the offensive end and combined for 66 points. The Knicks, who are now 7-4 at home, will attempt another throw of the dice here to try and end their slump in this fixture. No injuries were reported after the game. Mitchell Robinson remains sidelined and his efforts in defence will be sorely missed again.

The Milwaukee Bucks have won nine straight against the Knicks now. They last lost in this fixture in 2021. With the way they are playing now, the Knicks look like they will have to wait a while longer for a win. Milwaukee has won seven straight matches. This is their longest winning streak this season and also the longest active streak in the league. Six of those wins have come at home, however, but so far so good as they start a four-game road trip. Five players scored at least 19 points on Saturday with Giannis Antentokounmpo leading the way with 28. The Bucks are the second most proficient team in the league and are averaging more than 124.4 points a game. Defensively however they have found the going tough and the Knicks could make this another high-scoring game. Adrian Griffin's men also went through Saturday without any injury issues.
