A Eastern Conference clash in the NBA sees the Milwaukee Bucks facing off against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden in Midtown Manhattan. The Knicks have been on an upward trajectory as of late, winning their last four games in a row following their most recent 112-108 victory over the Raptors on Friday. The win puts New York four games above .500 with a record of 22 wins and 18 losses, moving them up to seventh-place in the Eastern Conference. New York hasn’t been great at the world’s most famous arena so far this year and have managed only a 10-10 record in front of the home fans. Comparing this to their away record which has seen them win 12 of their 20 games. They’ll be put to the test here however if they are to extend their run to five wins in a row when the 2020/21 champion Bucks come into town. 

Milwaukee have been on an inconsistent run of form ever since the middle of December. They’re coming off a heavy 138-109 home loss to the Hornets in their last outing on Friday, a result which has now made it only four wins from the last 10 games. The Bucks are still in good shape in the Eastern Conference standings but are seeing their lead slip as the seventh through fourth seeds begin to make up ground. Milwaukee holds a record now of 25 wins and 14 losses, putting them 2.5 games behind the first-place Celtics but only three games ahead of the sixth-place Pacers. The Bucks will be looking to improve upon their average road performances so far this season where they sit .500 with nine wins and nine losses. This is in comparison to their stellar home form at the Fiserv Forum where they have racked up 16 wins in 21 outings.
