The in-form Chicago Bulls will be away to the LA Clippers in their next NBA regular season assignment. They come to this match in ninth place in the Eastern Conference while the Clippers are fourth in the West. The Clippers got back to winning ways last time out as they won 122-116 away to the Rockets. They had previously lost to the Bucks in Milwaukee to see a two-match winning run come to an end. LA have battled with inconsistency issues and have lost six times in their last 12 games. Rather surprisingly, four of those defeats have come at home. Ty Lue’s men have won 40 of the 61 matches they have played and are three games from top spot in the West. The Clippers, who have won the last two matchups with the Bulls, are averaging 105.7 points over their last three matches. The Clippers didn’t have Russell Westbrook in their last match and the guard should be the only absentee again here. The 35-year-old has missed the last three games with a hand fracture.

The Bulls had a longer injury list than the Clippers in their last outing. Torrey Craig had been listed as questionable several times but did play in the 125-122 victory over the Warriors last time out. Patrick Williams, Zach Lavine, and Lonzo Ball remain long-term absentees and will miss out here as well. Despite their injury concerns, Billy Donovan’s men have not faltered and have been in excellent form. The Bulls have won four of their last five games and are on a three-match winning run. All three wins have come in their current four-match trip out in the West. They will now seek to wrap things off with a clean sweep. The Bulls have enjoyed their recent trips out West and have won their last six such games. They slowly tightened their grip in the play-in and are now six games clear of 11th-placed Brooklyn. The Bulls have averaged 119 points over their last three matches which is a seven-point improvement of their season average.
