Inter Milan start their final game of the Serie A season in fifth place. That's enough to get them into the group stages of next season's Europa League but there could be better news for them if they can win at Lazio. Their opponents occupy the fourth and final Champions League place and lead Inter by three points. If points are level, the first tie-breaker is results between the two sides and the reverse fixture ended in a draw, so an Inter win will take them into the Champions League for the first time since 2012. They could have gone into this game in a stronger position but have lost two of their last three league games. Losing to champions Juventus was understandable but a home loss to Sassuolo last weekend wasn't. Inter have won their last two away league games but both were against sides currently in the bottom seven. 

Lazio just need to avoid defeat to qualify for the Champions League for only the second time since 2008. This might surprise you but Lazio are the top scorers in Serie A this season with 87 goals but they have conceded 46. Their last two league games have both ended in draws including one at Crotone who start the final weekend in the bottom three. A  win for Lazio could even see them climb above Roma into third place in the table and despite the draws, they are unbeaten in their last six league games and at home have no losses in their last five. This is a vital game for Inter but the suggested bet here is a draw that will end their Champions League hopes.
