Green Bay Packers vs Carolina Panthers Prediction & Betting Tips - NFL

The Green Bay Packers top NFC North with a 7-2 record for the season. Another win looks on the cards here as they  the Carolina Panthers who are second in NFC South with five wins from their eight games this season. The Packers are third overall in the NFC, their opponents are eighth but still in with a decent chance of earning a wild card place. Green Bay are aiming to get into the play-offs for the first time since the 2016 season. They are well on their way to doing that and have already won more matches than last season when ending with a 6-9 record. The Packers had won four games in a row before last weekend's loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Four out of their five home matches this season have been won with the only loss coming in week 4 when losing by seven points to the Philadelphia Eagles. They lead NFC North from Minnesota Vikings on 6-3 who travel to the NFC East leaders Dallas Cowboys this weekend.

Carolina Panthers are second in their division, two wins behind the New Orleans Saints. They are 5-3 for the season and should do better than last year's final record of 7-9. The Panthers have recovered well after losing their first two matches for the first time in six years. They won the next four before losing to the Tampa Bay Bucaneers. Last weekend saw them return to winning ways with a home win over the Tennessee Titans. Back the Packers to win this match especially as they have by far the superior quarterback in Aaron Rodgers.
