The first stage of the 2025 Giro d'Italia after the second of the three rest days is a 28.6km time trial. Already the second of those in the Giro and with almost no hills to negotiate, it is a stage where it should go to form. Let's find a prediction for Stage 10.

The first Time Trial at the Giro was won by Joshua Tarling. He is without a question the top time triallist in this field and the most likely winner of the stage. His price is short enough but it reflects his level against his peers. 

The two main contenders for overall glory at the Giro are Primoz Roglic and Juan Ayuso. Both of them are very solid in a time trial and this is a great opportunity to take a few seconds off one another. After Roglic's crash on Stage 9, it will be interesting to see how he can respond.

Jay Vine was third in the opening time trial behind Tarling and Roglic. He has to be a solid each way angle again as is Wout van Aert providing he has not taken too much out of himself in his Stage 9 win.

We put up Brandon McNulty as our prediction in the opening time trial where he finished eighth. He is capable of better if he can find his form again.
