Genoa vs Napoli Prediction & Betting Tips - Serie A

Napoli are third in Serie A and six points behind leaders Juventus who they finished second to last season. They are undefeated in their last seven league and cup games since an away loss to Juventus. Away form this season in Serie A has seen three wins and two defeats (the other being at Sampdoria). Three of their last four matches have ended in draws with two of those being against PSG in the Champions League. Recent visits to Genoa have produced four wins and two draws since a loss in 2012.

The home side are down in 13th place in the table but closer in terms of points to the Europa League places than the relegation zone. That might change if their current form continues as they have no wins in their last five games and in their most recent match lost 5-0 at Inter. They started the season well  with four wins from the first six games. Since then they have only managed two points from the last five league matches. Home form has also slipped badly in recent weeks. They started off with three wins but they were against three of the current bottom four. Life got harder though and the last two have only seen them earn a point. Defence is their big problem with 24 conceded so far, the joint worst in Serie A with Frosinone.
