Fulham’s recent form has been shaky, and it is bound to get tougher for them as they go into their third round League Cup game at home to Leeds United. They are coming from a shock loss at home to Reading and now have failed to keep a clean sheet in three straight games. While they’ve been poor defensively, Leeds haven’t struggled so much in attack; they’ve failed to score in just one of their six matches in the season – the 3-0 defeat by Liverpool. Ahead of this game, Leeds drew 1-1 with Newcastle United. They haven’t scored more than a goal in their last three matches, and they’ve managed that in just two of their six matches this season.
