Quinn is seeking to win two main draw matches at a tour event for the first time. The 20-year-old lost the three second-round battles he contested at a tour tournament.

The most recent such setback was in Dallas last week. Quinn, who had been eliminated from Delray in the qualifiers, defeated Tristan Boyer in the first round.

He won in three sets to register his 12th win in 17 outings. The American is up to 144th in the live ranking.

Marcos Giron has returned to the Delray Beach Open to defend the 100 points he won last season. The American, making his third successive main draw appearance in Delray, produced a semi-final finish in 2024.

This was his best-ever result in the tournament. Having finished at a higher round in each of the past seasons here, he will be hopeful of going all the way this year.

Giron is ending an almost two-week break since his last fixture. He won his most recent match 2-0 at the Davis Cup. The 31-year-old, who is 52nd in the live ranking, has won five of seven matches.
