England haven't been totally impressive in the Six Nations this season and there's still a lot of work to do if they want to win the 2019 World Cup. Even so, they have three straight wins over France, Wales and Italy and are well on their way to another Grand Slam. They lead the Six Nations table by three points from Ireland with Scotland a further point behind. The long unbeaten run continues for England but there have been some anxious moments in this championship, not to mention some puzzlement at the Italian side's tactics. It's nine years since Scotland last beat England but they are an improving side and this won't be a cakewalk for England hence only my opinion you should go for England to win on a -11 handicap. The Scots have already beaten Ireland and could have won in France.
