In contrast, their upcoming opponents, the Minnesota Timberwolves, boast the best defense in the league, allowing only 107.8 points per game. Defensively, they concede 115.6 points per game, placing them 16th in the league. Injury concerns add to the challenges for the Nets, with Ben Simmons, Dariq Whitehead, and Day'Ron Sharpe flagged as doubtful for the upcoming game.
