Botic Van De Zandschulp vs Tallon Griekspoor Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP Cincinnati Open

We have an all-Dutch affair in the first round of the outdoor hard court Cincinnati Open. Unseeded pair Botic van de Zandschulp and Tallon Griekspoor face each other. Griekspoor has won their last three meetings and our prediction he can get another win.

In round two of this Masters tournament, the winner will face 23rd seeded Joao Fonseca.

Both of these players reached the fourth round in the recent Canadian Open in Montreal. Tallon Griekspoor had the best win in Canada as he beat top seed Alexander Zverev in round two. He also had wins over Lorenzo Sonego and Matteo Arnaldi before losing to Daniel Merida.

Griekspoor has a 7-6 record on outdoor hard courts this year  (as does his opponent) with one final in Dubai. He leads Van de Zandschulp 4-2 in previous meetings, winning the last three. On outdoor hard courts it's 1-1 with Griekspoor winning the most recent one at the 2023 Australian Open.

Botic van de Zandschulp is 70th in the latest ranking, just one place below his opponent.

He beat Daniil Medvedev in Montreal, eventually losing to Jakub Mensik. That was his best run on this surface in 2026. He'd lost three of his last four outdoor hard court matches before that tournament.
