Boston Celtics finished second in the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference of the NBA and third overall. They look to progress to the next round of the play-offs as they take on the Philadelphia 76ers in the second match of this best-of-seven tie. Boston are already in the driving seat after going 1-0 up with a 109-101 win in the first match. It wasn't plain sailing for the Celtics though after a poor third quarter was lost by ten points leaving them eight behind. They rallied to win the final quarter by 12 points and secure the eight-point victory. Boston go into this second match looking to get their 50th win of the season. Since the season resumed, the Celtics have won six out of nine, including five of the last six. The win in the first game of this series was their second in a row over the 76ers, after a 21 point win in February.

The 76ers couldn't really afford to lose that first match. Now they have to get four wins out of six against Boston and that isn't looking likely. They have a season record now of 43-31, having finished third in the Atlantic Division behind the Celtics. The 76ers had a fantastic home record in the NBA before the season was suspended. 29 out of 31 home games had been lost before the competition moved to neutral territory in Florida. Five out of their nine games played in Orlando have been lost including four of the last five. Another tough night lies ahead for them, go for the Celtics to win thsi match.
