Fifth placed Monaco host Panathinaikos who are ninth in Euroleague. The home side have a 8-6 season record but come into this game having lost two of their last three Euroleague fixtures. They remain in the play-off quarter final play-off positions but are one of five teams that have an 8-6 record. Last time out, Monaco were beaten 86-74 at Fenerbahce but the Turks have won all six of their Euroleague home games this season. Their other recent loss was an over time defeat at Partizan. Home form is much better though with four out of six Euroleague fixtures being won this season. Their most recent home game in this competition saw them get a victory over Olympiacos. Four of their last five home Euroleague matches have been won with the only loss being to Anadolu Efes.

Panathinaikos are four places below their opponents but have a 7-7 record in Euroleague. A win over Monaco can take them above them in the table but they will need to improve their away record in Euroleague. Only two of their six away matches in this season's Euroleague has been won. Their most recent away fixture saw them get a win at Lyon but the French side are one from bottom in the table with 12 of their 14 Euroleague games being lost.
