Second-placed Arsenal host Newcastle United who are a place and two points below them in the Premier League. The Gunners can confirm their Champions League place with a win, though a draw should be enough due to their goal difference. Here's our match prediction.
Although they are second in the table, Arsenal trail champions Liverpool by 15 points. They are fhree points clear of sixth-placed Manchester City and end their season with a trip to relegated Southampton. They are struggling for form though and have gone five matches without a win.
Newcastle United will go ahead of their opponents if they win this match. The Magpies are one points] clear of sixth but have a game in hand on both Chelsea and Aston Villa who played on Friday. Arsenal & Newcastle Squad Analysis
Arsenal have some injury concerns ahead of this home game against Newcastle United. Declan Rice has been a key player for them in recent weeks, especially when taking free-kicks at the Emirates.
He didn't play in last weekend's 2-2 draw at Anfield and a late decision will be made on whether he can return to the side on Sunday. He has been training in midweek. There are also doubts about Jurrien TImber, Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli.
Havertz could make his return this weekend.
The latter was seen limping after Wednesday's training session. One player who could be making a welcome return is Kai Havertz who hasn't played since Arsenal lost to Newcastle in a Carabao Cup tie in February.
Botman is a doubt for United.
Sven Botman is a doubt for Newcastle Uniited due to a knee injury. United have other defensive problems with Kieran Trippier already ruled out of this final away league fixture of the season.
Joe WIllcock has a slight chance of playing against Arsenal. United will be looking for more goals from Alexander Isakand Anthony Gordon who have both scored in two games against the Gunners this season.
