For the first time in his career, Alexander Bublik graces the fourth round of the French Open. He will face Jack Draper at this stage , the two clashing for the fourth time. The winner here will advance to meet Jannik Sinner or Andrey Rublev, and below is our prediction.

Bublik has earned his place here courtesy of an easy, straight-sets win over world No. 200 Henrique Rocha. He goes into the real test now but will be unfazed, having already eliminated one top 10 player—Alex De Minaur.

That win gave him good momentum, and he will go into this match confident of upsetting the Briton. He has so far compiled a 10-24 record against top 10 players.

While Bublik dispatched with ease a player ranked 183 places below him, Draper came through a tricky one against Joao Fonseca. He did it in style, failing to drop a set for the first time at this year’s competition.

With that win, Draper hit 12-3 for the season on clay, and after his Indian Wells title, the Briton might want to fully go for this Grand Slam.

Though he has maintained a winning run, things have been silent in terms of titles. Understandably, Draper is not a top player on clay but has been to three quarters this year. At the French Open, this will only be his sixth match.
