Sheffield United vs Burnley Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

It’s an EPL relegation six-pointer as Sheffield United host Burnley in the Premier League this weekend. We are now at the point of the season where a defeat for either side would likely condemn them to the drop, with Sheffield United’s position being the most precarious. The Blades have just 16 points from 32 games and are 10-points from safety. 12 of their last 14 games have seen Over 2.5 Goals scored and they have drawn their last two matches at home - 3-3 and 2-2 against Fulham and Chelsea respectively. Performances have improved of late for Chris Wilder's team. They may not have a better chance of securing a home win than against the team one place above them in the table. 

Burnley’s recent form has seen them lose just one of their last five EPL games, picking up six points in the process. That run has taken them to within six points of safety. It is still a big ask for Vincent Kompany’s team to survive, but three points here could really heap the pressure on Luton, Nottingham Forest and Everton above them. A 1-1 home draw against Brighton was their third draw in four games last time out. It was also the second game in a row a goalkeeping error has cost them dearly. They have found the net four times in their last three away games, earning creditable draws with West Ham and Chelsea (both 2-2) in that run. With trips to Manchester United and Tottenham to come in their last five games, landing a win here looks vital for the Clarets.
