Zizou Bergs arrives in Tokyo seeking to snap a two-match skid and spark a strong end to the year. The Belgian, who produced the first two tour finals of his career earlier in the year, has struggled with inconsistency.

He has compiled a 26-24 record and managed just three wins in his last 10 outings. The world number 45 is coming off a first-round exit in Chengdu. Bergs defeated Tabilo at the French Open last year in their only matchup to date.
