Croatia picked a comfortable 3 – 0 win over Hungary to hold on top spot ahead of Slovakia and they will know well that a win in Wales could pass as a massive boost. With seven points garnered in their last three matches, Croatia will be in the right mental state for this game. However, with one win in the last seven away matches, they will have a lot to worry about, and especially when facing a Wales side badly in need of three points. Wales are unbeaten in nine home matches in Euro qualifiers and this should worry Croatia. Of their last nine home matches in Euro qualifiers, Wales have managed seven clean sheets and only failed to score in two.
