Ukraine and Austria face off in their final game in Group C with both sides in with a chance to get to the knockout rounds. Each of the two nations has three points; Ukraine from a 2-1 win over Macedonia and Austria from a 3-1 win over Macedonia as well. Both have lost to the Netherlands in this group though. Ukraine are straight from a solid performance against a stubborn North Macedonia and will be glad to have bagged three points and seen Andriy Yarmolenko and Roman Yaremchuk both scoring. The two forwards have scored in each of their last three matches, a combined total of seven goals. Going to this game Andriy Shevchenko’s side has three wins in the last four matches and has scored two or more goals in the last three matches, though they have no clean sheet in the last two.

Austria had to dig deep to beat North Macedonia in their opening game but found the going tough in the second against the Netherlands. They opened their Euro 2020 campaign with a 3-1 win before falling 2-0 at the hands on the Netherlands and here they have a tricky clash against Ukraine with both sides in with a chance. A draw may be enough for the two sides to advance but neither team will want to risk taking that route. Austria will have striker Marko Arnautovic back after a one game suspension and will be hoping he inspires them against Ukraine. Austria do not have a very good run going to this game; they have just one win, and three losses in their last five matches. They have one clean sheet only in the five matches and have failed to score in four of these five matches.
