Leipzig welcomes Teutonia 1905 to the Red Bull Arena after the match was moved from Teutonia 1905 home ground due to their pitch being in an unplayable condition. The home team are the defending champions and will want to make a statement as they face a team in the fourth tier of German football. This first round match in the DFB Pokal competition will allow Leipzig to win back to back matches for the first time this season following their win over Wolfsburg in their last match.
