Buffalo Bills are top of the AFC South and host Tennessee Titans, who are in first place in AFC South. The Bills are third overall in the AFC, with the Titans one place below them. Four out of five matches this season have been won by Buffalo. Their sole loss was in their very first match of the season when being beaten at home by the Pittsburgh Steelers. Since then, the Bills have won four matches in a row with victories over Miami, Washington, Houston and Kansas. Twice they have managed to win without conceding a point and those four games have been won by a total of 115 points with the smallest win being by 18 points at Kansas.

Tennessee have a 3-2 season record and lead AFC South by two wins from Houston, Indianapolis and Jacksonville. The Titans are already 2-0 against other teams in what is not that strong a division, so a place in the play-offs is a possibility. Their season began with a 38-13 loss at Arizona Cardinals but they bounced back well with wins against Seattle (over time needed) and Indianapolis Colts. They were involved in another over time game in their next match but this time, lost to the New York Jets. They got to 3-2 for the season with a 37-19 win at the Jacksonvlle Jaguars (who had lost their first five games before beating Miami on Sunday). Back the Bills to make it 5-0 for the season.
