Spain travel to Switzerland on Saturday for a Group D clash in League A of this season's Nations League. The game, played at St. Jakob-Park, pits the bottom side of the group, Switzerland, against the group leaders, Spain. Both teams were involved in midweek friendlies with neither claiming victory. Switzerland lost 2-1 away to Belgium, prolonging a dismal run of games without a win to six. Spain are winless in two matches after their 1-1 away draw against the Netherlands. It was the sixth successive away game that Spain failed to win, a surprisingly long streak given their otherwise strong squad. The Spanish have struggled to score on the road in that time with none of those six games featuring more than one away goal. The Swiss are winless in two at home but they have picked up big results on their own turf in recent years, including a 5-2 win over Belgium in 2018. Spain will be the favourites for this match but we think a safer bet would be to back a low-scoring game. Under 2.5 goals.
