The Milwaukee Bucks will travel to the Frost Bank Center to take on the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA on Thursday night. The Spurs (27-13) are third in the Western Conference standings, while the Bucks (17-23) are 11th in the East. Let’s get into the match prediction.

The San Antonio Spurs have started to cool off lately, having now lost six of their last 10 games following a 119-98 defeat to the Thunder on Tuesday.

While OKC were always in control of that match, the Spurs were well below their best, particularly with their shooting, where they averaged just 40% from the field. Stephon Castle was the only player to reach 20 points.

However, this is the Spurs’ first game back in San Antonio in over a week, and they have a solid record of 13-5 at the Frost Bank Center this season.

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks have split their last 10 games and will be hoping to avoid a third straight loss here after getting trounced by the Timberwolves 139-106. 

The Bucks were very poor on defence in the last match, allowing the Timberwolves to shoot 59% from the field. Giannis Antetokounmpo was the bright spot with 25 points, but his future with the franchise still remains unclear. 

Milwaukee are 8-13 on the road this season, but they have only lost two of their last 10 games against this opponent. Taurean Prince is ruled out for this match, while Antetokounmpo is listed as a doubt.
