Their next two games are against sides currently in the bottom four so they have a good chance to get points on the table before a crucial game against fourth-placed Lazio. Roma are unbeaten in their last six league games since an away loss to league leaders Juventus. At home, Roma are unbeaten in their last six league games, scoring at least twice in five of them and have only lost one home league game all season.

Bologna are 17th in the table and only out of the bottom three on goal difference.They have only won one of their last 15 league games, a surprise away win at Inter earlier this month. Overall Bologna have only won three league games all season and one of those was a home victory over Roma in September. They only have one loss in their last four away league games but the win at Inter is their only away league victory. Only eight points have been earned on the road this season with ten goals scored and only three teams have scored less than them. Roma are in decent form, are strong at home and can get the three points here.
