PSV Eindhoven’s 17-game unbeaten run was brought to an end by Benfica in the Champions League qualifiers in their last game. As they return to domestic action, they will be keen to return to winning ways and playing at home against Cambuur looks likely to end in their desired way. PSV have played seven matches so far this season and before their 2-1 loss to Benfica, they had six straight wins. They’ve scored in each of their last seven matches, and only failed to score once in the last 10 matches. In their last five matches, PSV have four clean sheets and they’ve scored two or more goals in three of the five. At home, they have five straight wins and are unbeaten in 14, with 11 wins therein.

Cambuur are just returning to Eredivisie following their relegation back in 2016, and so far, it is not going well. They lost their opening game 2-1 against Groningen and will get to a much tougher game when they travel to Eindhoven. Cambuur are winless in the last three matches and have conceded two or more goals in those three matches while they have just two clean sheets in five.
