PSG are home to Manchester City in their penultimate game in this phase of the Champions League. The Parisians begin the seventh set of games down in 25th place but that's only a point and three places behind visitors Manchester City. Read our match prediction below.

The Ligue 1 champions have won their last six competitive games but could yet face an early exit from the Champions League. Only two of their six games have been won and three lost. With a final game away at Stuttgart, they are just a point behind the unseeded play-off positions.

Manchester City have had plenty of problems in recent months. After earning seven points from their first three games in this league phase, automatic qualification for the last 16 looked more than likely. It's gone downhill since then though with one point from three games. There are encouraging signs of a revival by the Premier League champions and travel to Paris in a better frame of mind than before Christmas.

PSG are nine points clear at the top of Ligue 1 but it's not been going so well in the Champions League. It started well with a home win over Girona but they needed a 90th minute own goal to win 1-0. Then the Red-and-Blues earned just one point from their next four games in this league phase.

They got back on track with a 3-0 win at Red Bull Salzburg but that side have lost five of their six matches. Only six goals have been scored by them so far but the same number conceded. Only one of their last five Champions League home games has been won.

Watch out everyone, City are back in form.

Manchester City come into this game unbeaten in their last six matches. 22 goals have been scored in their last five games with three clean sheets. It's probably the latter that is pleasing Pep Guardiola the most.

The Citizens won 6-0 at Ipswich Town on Sunday and the good news for them is the return to form of Phil Foden. With a final home game against Club Brugge, City should still reach the play-offs but a top eight finish looks difficult.
