Group 1 of League A in the Nations League is living to its billing as one of the toughest, and another interesting clash is on the cards when Poland gets to host Bosnia-Herzegovina on Wednesday. Poland goes to the game placed third in the group, with four points, same to second placed Netherlands and one behind leaders Italy. Bosnia-Herzegovina on the other hand, are bottom with two points. The tight nature of this group is that at the end of Match Day 4, Bosnia can rise to joint second with a win. Poland are unbeaten in their last three matches, the most recent of which they played to a 0-0 draw with group leaders Italy and will be seeking to complete a double over Bosnia-Herzegovina, whom they beat 2-1 in the first meeting. In the 2018/19 edition, Poland finished bottom of their group with two points and they have already doubled that tally here, with three matches to play. Bosnia-Herzegovina are seeking a first ever win over Poland and a first win in five matches as they go to this clash. On Match Day 3, they played to a 0-0 draw with the Netherlands, which was a marked improvement from their earlier three matches. It was the first time in four matches that they kept a clean sheet and will be hoping to improve on it when they travel to Poland. In the last 11 matches, Bosnia-Herzegovina have failed to score just once but kept only three clean sheets in the last 15. Away from home, Bosnia-Herzegovina are not the strongest; their only win in nine away matches came in November 2019, against Liechtenstein. They have five losses in the last seven away games but have scored in each of their last five away matches. Three of their four meetings with Poland were friendly matches and after their loss in the first meeting in this group, Bosnia-Herzegovina will be seeking revenge away in Warsaw.
