It's the battle to finish third in the group and a win won't do the FIFA World Ranking much harm either. Tunisia very nearly got a draw against England but for a late goal, though they might already have been a few goals down if the ref for the England v Panama game had been in charge with penalties that weren't being awarded being given. After their 2-1 loss to England, any hopes of bouncing back went out the window when they lost 5-2 to Belgium resulting in their elimination from the tournament. They have performed better than Panama in this tournament and are 34 places above them in the current FIFA World Rankings.

Panama have scored just once and conceded nine goals in their two games in Russia. They were dreadful in the first half against England but did improve a bit in the second half when England took their foot off the gas a little bit with the game already won. Their defending at corners is atrocious, not to mention illegal and their general attitude at times leaves a lot to be desired. They have only won one of their last nine games and teams such as Italy and the Netherlands must be sitting at home watching all of this and wishing even more that they were in Russia. Tunisia can end their campaign with three points by winning this match.
