It's the Carabao Cup and the usual game to play is guessing how many team changes will be made. Newcastle United played Chelsea on Sunday so with this game being played just two days later there are bound to be loads of changes made by Rafael Benitez. His side is already struggling this season and are yet to win a game. Sunday saw them lose to Chelsea at home and three league games have produced just one point. Their style of play is worrying most Newcastle fans and as ever there's been a lack of signings.
Nottingham Forest won away at Newcastle United in last season's Carabao Cup and a few months later had a home win over Arsenal so they are no strangers to causing cup upsets. They are unbeaten in the Championship this season though four of their five games have ended in draws. It was the same in the first round of this competition where they had to come from behind to get a penalty shoot-out win over Bury. They are unbeaten in their last ten games (including friendlies) with no defeats in their last eight games. It's taking a risk but Forest can be backed to get the win against what is likely to be a Newcastle United reserve team.
