Nottingham Forest vs Brentford Prediction & Betting Tips - Premier League

12th placed Nottingham Forest host Brentford in the Premier League. The visitors are a point and a place behind their opponents but struggling for form at present. Forest have earned seven points from their first six games of the new season. That puts them five points clear of the relegation zone but from a game more. They have lost three of their six league fixtures but that's not too surprising. All three losses were on the road at Arsenal, Manchester United and at Manchester City last weekend. They did win at Chelsea though and led 2-0 at Old Trafford before losing 3-2. The Reds have only had two home games in the Premier League this season, both against newly-promoted sides. They beat Sheffield United and drew with Burnley. Those results have extended their unbeaten home league run to five games. Eight of the last ten home Premier League fixures have seen both teams score.

Brentford made a promising start to the new season but their form has dipped in recent weeks. They began with a home draw against Tottenham and foloowed that with a win at Fulham. Since then though only two points have been earned from four league games. The last two at Newcastle United and at home to Everton have both ended in defeat. Midweek also saw them knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Arsenal. The Bees need to get buzzing again but four of their last seven away league games have been lost but three have been against top six clubs. Forest have often played well this season despite a tough fixture list and can a home win.
