Napoli sit proudly at the top of the group on seven points ahead of Benfica on the same total and Besiktas on six. Their final two games are this home game against bottom of the table Kiev who only have one point and then a final battle away at Benfica. A win here is imperative for the Italians and if Benfica were to win in Turkey that'd be them in the last sixteen and then a battle for top spot in the final game. Anything less than a win in this game would make for a nervous final game, particularly if Besiktas picked up at least a point against Benfica as the Turks have a better record against the Italians having earned four points against them. A win over Kiev does look likely though with the only point earned by their opponents being a draw in Turkey. Kiev lost 2-1 at home to Napoli and the Italians can complete the double.
