Two wins out of two for Mexico has taken them to the top of the group and three points clear of Germany and their opponents in this final group match, Sweden. They only need a point to finish as group winners but even if they lose this match, they could still go through with goal difference going to be a key factor. Mexico have been impressive so far in this tournament and are creating plenty of chances and putting them away. They will be keen to keep the momentum going and a third win would only get their already high confidence sky-high.

Sweden led Germany by a goal in their game on Saturday and if they had kept that lead, they could have sent the Germans home. However, that lead disappeared in the second half but it was a cruel blow conceding a 95th minute losing goal that totally changes the complexion of this group. Now they have to dust themselves down and start all over again and a win over Mexico would get them into the last sixteen and they could even win the group. Their problem is how they will react to the last gasp defeat by Germany. Go for Mexico to get the win in this match and win the group.
