The Europa League might just be a bit of a godsend for Manchester United if they can win it. A top four place in the Premier League isn't guaranteed this season so winning this would get them into the Champions League next season. United come into this game on their best unbeaten run  in the Premier League since Sir Alex Ferguson retired. They did lose away at Hull City in the second leg of their EFL Cup semi-final tie but still reached Wembley. Their last four games have seen four clean sheets and they haven't lost at home since September. United didn't have an easy time in the group stages but won all three home matches. They did lose two of their three away games so will need a good lead here to feel confident of progressing. St Etienne won their group and won two of their three away games but failed to keep any clean sheets in doing so. They have only won one of their last five away league games in France. Go for United to get a home win here and keep a clean sheet but that might not mean the end of the tie if they don't get a two goal lead given their poor away form in Europe this season.
