It's going to be a tight battle for the Tampa Bay Rays in the final weeks of the regular MLB season. At the time of writing this preview, they have a season record of 87-61 in the American League East. There's no chance of them winning the division with the New York Yankees ten wins ahead of them, Instead, their target is to clinch one of the two wild card places. They are currently second but only one win ahead of the Cleveland Indians. Three of their last five games have been won, the other two being losses to the Texas Rangers. The Los Angeles Angels won't be making it into the play-offs. They have a 67-81 season record and are fourth in the American League West division. They are in terrible form with five straight defeats. Another loss looks on the cards here, so go for Tampa Bay to win and boost their wild card hopes.
