Not that many moons ago, Liverpool were top of the table but now they trail league leaders Chelsea by 13 points. They are down to fifth in the table and a point behind the Champions League places. The 2-0 defeat at Hull City last weekend makes it just one win in their last ten league and cup games. Their only win was an FA Cup win at League Two Plymouth.  They need to get back on track and get that first league win of 2017 but face a tough match against Tottenham. The Londoners are second in the table but nine adrift of Chelsea. Spurs are unbeaten in their last 11 league and cup games but only won two of their last five away Premier League games. Liverpool seem to be able to do no right at present and I think a bet on Tottenham to come away with at least a point on the double chance is the one to go for.
