Lithuania vs Portugal Prediction & Betting Tips - Euro

When you are the defending European champions and recent winners of the Nations League, why are Portugal having to qualify for Euro 2020?  We could spend all night discussing that one but in the meantime, they are trying to qualify from Group B and avoid the play-offs. Portugal drew their first two group games but got off the mark with a 4-2 victory at Serbia on Saturday. That took them into the top two in this group, eight points behind Ukraine but with a couple of games in hand. Portugal are a point ahead of Luxembourg and Serbia with a game in hand. They are now unbeaten in their last 11 games since losing to Uruguay in the World Cup last year.

Lithuania are bottom of the group and have just the one point from their first four games. They are four behind Portugal from a game more but a win in this game would give them some hope. That looks very unlikely though and their sole point came from a 1-1 home draw with Luxembourg. Saturday saw them lose 3-0 at home to Ukraine and a similar fate awaits them here. Go for Portugal to get the win and be leading at both half and full time.
