Lazio are down in ninth place in Serie A and not in the best of form. They host Napoli who are fourth in the table but lost in midweek. Lazio come into this game having only won one of their last four league matches. Midweek saw them give away a first half lead as they drew 1-1 at Benevento. That made it 13 out of their last 14 league and cup games that have seen both teams score. They are three points off the final Europa League qualifying place and five behind the last Champions League qualifying position, held currently by Napoli. Their home form needs some urgent surgery with just one out of six home Serie A games won this season. That was a 2-1 win over Bologna but the last two have been lost. Those defeats were inflicted by Udinese and Verona but Lazio have earned home draws with Inter and Juventus this season. Over 2.5 goals looks a good bet here with eight of the last 11 seeing that stat come up.

Napoli only have two away league losses this season. The one at Juventus didn’t actually see the game played though as they didn’t travel due to the ongoing pandemic. Four league away victories had been recorded in games they did turn up for. Then on Wednesday, Napoli lost 1-0 at Inter thanks to a Lukaku penalty that followed the sending off of Insigne. That's only the second goal that they have conceded on their travels, we can't really include the 3-0 defeat at Juventus that was imposed on them. The defeat ended a run of six unbeaten league games. They are now five points behind leaders AC Milan. A bet on both teams to score is the prediction for this match.
