In the last four, the winner will be taking on either second seed Alejandro Davidovich Fokina or qualifier Alexandre Muller.

This week has been a welcome return for Jenson Brooksby. He had lost four of his previous five matches before he beat eighth seed Sebastian Baez in the first round. Since then, he has beaten Lorenzo Sonego in three sets. Of the five sets he's played in this tournament, four went to 7-5.

His last three matches over this format have had more than 20.5 games played in them.

He trails Basilashvili 2-1 in previous meetings (all on this surface) but won the last one four years ago.

Nikoloz Basilashvili had to win two qualifying matches just to get into the main draw. He did so for the loss of seven games, but it's been tougher in the main draw. Wins have come against Miomir Kecmanovic and fourth seed Botic van de Zandschulp. He's yet to drop a set but more than 20.5 games were played in those matches.
