Internazionale will host AC Milan in the Derby della Madonnina this weekend at the San Siro and for all the prospects this match carries, a lot of talk will be on the absent players due to Covid-19. Both sides have started the season well but Milan have been the better. Inter have dropped points once, in a draw with Lazio to leave them in fifth place with seven points while Milan have won all their three matches and are second, due to goal difference. Inter had an ill-tempered match against Lazio last time out, letting go of a 1-0 lead to draw 1-1 in the end in a match that had a player sent off for each side.
