Neither of these teams are going to make the play-offs. Seattle Seahawks look to get a fifth win of the season as they host Houston Texans. The home side have a 4-8 season record and are bottom of the NFC West and languish one from bottom in the overall NFC table. Injury problems have hit them hard this season but they did get a win last time out when beating San Francisco 30-23, ending a run of three successive defeats. Two of their last three home games have been won and they will be confident of getting another victory here.

Houston Texans are having a terrible season and have only won two of their 12 games. That has them one from bottom in the AFC South but bottom of the AFC. Their only wins this season have come against fellow AFC South team Jacksonville Jaguars (in their opening match) and after eight straight losses, a win over the Tennessee Titans. Their last two games have both been lost and last week saw them beaten 31-0 by Indianapolis. Back Seattle to get the win here.
