Grigor Dimitrov is in another quarter final and faces unseeded Alexander Shevchenko in Rotterdam. He's the sixth seed in the indoor hard court ABN AMRO Open which is an ATP 500 tournament. Waiting in the last four for the winner is either second seed Andrey Rublev or seventh seeded Alex de Minaur. DImitrov has won 12 of his 14 matches played this year. He won the Brisbane International, reached the third round of the Australian Open and last weekend lost to Ugo Humbert in the Marseille final. He's up to 13th in the live rankings but is seventh in the Live ATP Race. This week has seen his consistent form continue with wins over unseeded pair Lorenzo Sonego and Marton Fucsovics without dropping a set.
Alexander Shevchenko was 57th when this tournament began but is up to 43rd in the live rankings and that's a new career high. He's also up to 32nd in the Live ATP Race thanks to this run to the last eight in Rotterdam. Shevchenko is in his second quarter final after making a last eight appearance in Montpellier. This is his first match against Grigor Dimitrov. To get this far he has beaten Zhizhen Zhang (after losing the first set) and then caused a shock in round two with a three-set win (middle set lost) over third seed Holger Rune. Dimitrov is in better form and can win this.
