Italy missed out on the 2018 World Cup and also failed to reach the finals of the UEFA Nations League. They certainly don't want to be missing from the line-up for the 2020 European Championships and have made a strong start to their qualifying group. Italy began their campaign with a 2-0 home win over Finland and followed that up with a 6-0 thrashing of Leichtenstein. That gave them a two-point lead over both Greece and Bosnia-Herzegovina and that's their next two matches in this group. They are undefeated in their last six matches and haven't conceded a single goal in any of them. Their Nations League win in Poland was an important one for them as it ended a run of five away matches without a win.

Greece have four points from their two games but it took a lot of fight to get them. They kicked off their campaign with a 2-0 win in Leichtenstein and then traveled to Bosnia-Herzegovina. They went 2-0 down inside 15 minutes but fought back to earn a 2-2 draw. Since then, they have played a friendly in Turkey last week and lost that 2-1. Only one of their last four games have ended in victory with only two home wins in the last five. Italy seem to be improving and can get an away win here.
