Tottenham's decision to play their home Champions League games at Wembley worked against them and they failed to make the knockout stages. They did manage to get past CSKA Moscow to finish third and drop down to the Europa League. Spurs only have one loss in the last 12 league and cup games. With the likes of Kane and Alli, they are a threat to all the teams in this competition. Gent aren't having the best of seasons and are down in eighth place in the Belgian Jupiler League. They only have one win in their last four league games and are very inconsistent. They lost 1-0 at home to 13th placed Eupen last week but recently defeated league leaders Bruges. They have won 10 out of 13 at home in the league though so this won't be easy for Spurs. In the group stages the Belgian side finished second behind Shakhtar Donetsk who scored ten goals in two games against them. They only won one of their three home group games and this is a hard game to predict as you never know how strong a side Spurs will field. Go for under 2.5 goals in this game.
