This could be a real end-of-season game in the Belgian Championship Group. Neither Gent or Anderlecht can qualify for the Champions League after a poor spell of form in this group. Gent have only won two of their nine Championship Group games and their hopes of Europa League football faded after six losses in seven games. They have won their last two games though but it's all too late for them.  Their last two home games have both had under 2.5 goals scored in them.

Anderlecht regularly make it into European competition but not next season. They are bottom of the Championship Group having won just one of their nine games. It's all a bit disappointing after finishing fourth in the main league winning their last three games. Their away form has been a bit inconsistent all season. In the main league, they won seven and lost eight (no draws) and in the Championship Group have finally drawn an away game but lost the other three scoring just one goal. Four of their last five games have had under 2.5 goals scored in them and that's the tip for this match.
